Nadja Talpaert

Nadja is managing partner in Notice the Difference! We increase companies' bottom line by growing their leaders and teams to make the Difference!

Nadja is a recognised Master Certified Coach (MCC) by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and Transformational Presence Coach (CTPC) with over 20 years of experience in executive and leadership coaching. After an initial work experience as a young executive in a commercial company, she quickly experienced that people are her main driver. A move into HR and HR consulting in various roles and companies laid a solid foundation for her broad background in people-related topics. Nadja followed various training programmes on coaching at home and abroad and has since supervised many a fellow coach on their development path towards ICF certification.

Since founding Notice the Difference in 2012, she has resolutely focused on leadership development, mainly through individual coaching and peer coaching. A few years ago, she decided to combine two passions in her life and also specialised in horse-assisted coaching and systemic horse coaching.
